ARLANXEO-TSRC (Nantong) Chemical Industrial Co. Ltd., formerly known as LANXESS-TSRC (Nantong) Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd., before June 27, 2016. The company is located in the Chinese coast the Yangtze River Delta, Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, is a joint venture company established by ARLANXEO Corporation and Taiwan TSRC. The two sides jointly invested $50 million to build a factory of nitrile rubber (NBR) with annual production capacity of 30 thousand tons, which went into operation in Aug, 2012. NBR with properties of oil resistance, heat aging resistance, abrasion resistance and low permeability is a kind of cost-effective special rubber, which is widely used in auto industry, buildings, sports goods, footwear, electric wires, plastic modification and etc.
